TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We accept dogs by prior arrangement, preferably small ones, maximum of two at an extra charge of £30 per dog per week.
- Lettings are calculated at the above rates on a weekly basis, entry is at 4pm on Friday to 10am on the following Friday. We tend to not accept bookings of less than one week.
- Initial payment (deposit) a deposit of £200 per week plus the dog fee or fees is requested with a letter of confirmation. An e-mail will be sent out immediately upon receipt of your deposit, followed by a letter of confirmation. If there is no e-mail provided a letter of confirmation will be sent out upon receipt of your cheque.
The balance of the rental fee will be due two weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will not be refundable, however the final balance will be only refundable providing the cancelled week is relet. - Provisional bookings by telephone/email will be held until sufficient time has lapsed for the receipt of the deposit by first class post. A bank transfer is also available, for details refer back to the proprietor.

- DAMAGES: All damages must be reported to 01851 710461 immediately and paid for before departure.
